Yes, we specialize in custom jewelry design. Our expert jewelry designer and owner, Jodi Reynolds, can help you create a unique piece tailored to your specific preferences. Designed by a woman, for women.
Most pieces are available in various metals, including 18k and 14k gold, and platinum, and most pieces come in white, yellow or rose gold. We do not offer any sterling silver pieces. If you do not see your choice of metal, please message us for a request.
Resizing of rings, necklaces and most bracelets are available at a nominal cost. Please message us prior to purchasing to request a different size. All tennis necklaces and tennis bracelets can and should be resized for a perfect fit. Most rings can be resized between size 5-7.5. Eternity bands and bangles can no be resized but can be ordered to a specific size. All items that have been resized or altered at all are considered custom and are not returnable.
We offer a hassle-free return policy within a specified time frame, allowing you to return or exchange your purchase if you're not completely satisfied.

Bracelet sizing: Most clients find that bracelets fit the most comfortably by sizing a 1/2 inch larger than your wrist circumference.

All items come packaged in a beautiful black and gold box with a satin ribbon handle and a black satin pillow inside. They also come with either a gray embossed travel pouch or a black satin travel drawstring bag. Most clients use the given packaging and do not wrap further.
All engagement rings come in a black engagement ring box.
Our jewelry comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The length and terms of the warranty may vary depending on the specific piece, so please inquire about it when making your purchase. Warranties are voided if your item was altered or sized by a jeweler other than The Karat Concierge.
