All merchandise over $200 shipped from The Karat Concierge is insured for it's value and will require a signature upon delivery. Merchandise under $700 is shipped via Fed Ex or USPS All merchandise over $700 are shipped via Fed Ex and follows their policy on adult signatures and delivery attempts. Fed Ex typically makes 3 delivery attempts, however The Karat Concierge is not responsible for Fed Ex delivery attempts or delays. Customer is responsible for shipping on returned merchandise due to failed deliver attempts. The Karat Concierge does not guarantee delivery times, however should either shipper misplace items, The Karat Concierge will facilitate insurance claims for replacement. The Karat Concierge is not responsible for misplaced or stolen items upon delivery.
